• /θ/ — think, thanks (like Spanish “z/c” castellana, tongue between teeth)
• /ð/ — this, mother (same tongue position, but voiced, throat vibrates)
• /r/ — red, car (not rolled; tongue does not touch the palate strongly)
• /v/ — van, give (between “b” and “f”; lips touch but do not fully close)
